I had milk every day for dinner growing up… seemed to work out okay for me eventually topping out at over 6 feet.

It worked for me too. I barely drank any soda throughout childhood and still don’t drink much of it today. Mum made me drink hot milk every night before bed. I’m not THAT tall, and I’m also not male, but I’m not vertically challenged 😛
