Great idea Matt! I’m more familiar with teenagers so the humour from the innocence of babes has usually worn off by then!

During a history lesson about ‘The Tollund Man’ I was describing how ‘he was interred in a ditch’ to which one of the shocked children responded, ‘They buried him in turd? That’s disgusting!’

haha i’ll never forget my first day as a teacher. i had no idea what was going on. but everyone treated me like i did. i’ve been doing this for only about 7 years

Little girl: aaaah that’s so nice!
(She takes home her homework for that day; a short composition on hobbies)
Her essay: You are what you do.
Me: Oh my god this kid’s a genius!!
